GENERAL FAQs

How long does an epoxy floor last?

With proper installation and maintenance, epoxy and poly flooring systems can last 15–20+ years. Our high-performance systems are engineered for durability and backed by a transferable lifetime warranty.

What is the difference between epoxy and poly flooring?

Epoxy provides a strong, durable base coat, while poly systems offer faster cure times, higher flexibility, and increased UV resistance. We recommend the best system based on your specific space and usage.

How long does installation take?

Most residential garage floors can be completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial projects may take longer depending on square footage and prep requirements.

How soon can I walk or drive on my new floor?

Light foot traffic is typically allowed within 24 hours. Vehicle traffic is usually allowed after 48–72 hours depending on the system installed.

Do you repair cracks and damaged concrete?

Yes. Proper surface preparation is critical. We repair cracks, spalling, and surface defects before coating to ensure maximum bond strength and longevity.

Are your floors slip-resistant?

Yes. Slip-resistant additives are available for all applications, including garages, pool decks, patios, and commercial spaces.

Do you have an exterior concrete coating option?

Yes. We offer UV-stable poly systems designed specifically for exterior applications such as patios, driveways, and walkways.

How do I maintain my epoxy or poly floor?

Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild cleaner is all that’s needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. Our installations are backed by a transferable lifetime warranty for qualifying systems.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. We offer free consultations and estimates for all residential and commercial projects.
